Construction

Design features

01

The lid is provided with a groove to use a PTFE gasket. This gasket is not used when the PTFE lid and O-ring are used; the PTFE gasket will provide pressure sealing.

02

Two bleeding ports are provided to avoid bursting of the vessel in a hot air oven — vapours leaking from the lid or O-ring gradually emit from the bleeding port instead of releasing suddenly.
